The Work Around

In a recent conversation with a client, we were talking about a particular problem that occurred in his business. The discussion evolved where the situation was normal in any business. Most problems, which are normal, should not be considered anything other than normal. Problems are facts of business and nothing else. He used the phrase "the work around." A light came on for me. With the attitude of working around all the problems that come up in every business, time is spent solving the problem instead of discussing why it occurred. Many business problems should be considered "work arounds." Your day will go smoother, faster and be more satisfying with this attitude.
